Delivery

Orders normally be despatched within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of order. In busy periods delivery can take up to THREE WEEKS - please contact us if you require your items sooner. Once your delivery is booked we will email you whenever possible to advise you of the delivery date. Please note that in the event of our courier company failing to make delivery to you, we will not be held liable for any loss of profit.

Distance Selling Regulations

Customers have the right to cancel any order for any reason within 7 working days from the date on which an order is placed.

Refunds

You have the right to return your goods for no reason within seven days of delivery, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete with all material and packaging If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us or send an email within seven working days of receiving the goods starting on the day after you received the goods from us.
