Orders normally be despatched within 7 to 10 working days of receipt of payment.

In busy periods delivery can take up to THREE WEEKS - please contact us via info@yourfundraisinggiftshop.com if you require your items sooner.

Once your delivery is booked we will email you whenever possible to advise you of the delivery date.

Please note that in the event of our courier company failing to make delivery to you, we will not be held liable for any loss of profit.
