Our story

YourFundraisingGiftShop.com is a limited company, registered company number 07791023.

We are based near Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees and near Northallerton, North Yorkshire but our service can be used anywhere within the UK.

We came up with the concept of a Fundraising Gift Shop as we became frustrated with trying to find volunteers to help us raise funds for our local school. Again and again our potential volunteers told us they did not have the time to help us organise fundraisers, and could not give us hours and hours in advance of each event.

At the same time, we found that buying stock for our ‘pocket-money’ and gift stalls at events, as well as stock for our ‘secret shops’ was very difficult. Although we wanted to offer value for money to our customers we simply were not able to buy in the bulk quantities needed to get good prices on quality items.

What we really needed was a service with the buying power to get well priced gift stock, who would also wrap it and prepare it for sale. Then all we would need to do was draft in a couple of volunteers for a couple of hours and make an easy profit. Such a service did not exist … until now!
